I bake cookies as close to delivery time as possible. I don't keep cookies laying around. You're getting the best cookies I can make.
You won't find any imitation ingredients here. I use real butter, pure cane sugar, genuine vanilla extract, fresh cream.
My cookies are addictive. Give them a try....
Because I don't use preservatives in my cookies, they are best eaten within a few days of baking. Ask me about those that have a longer shelf life.
Russian Tea Cakes
Some folks call them Mexican Wedding Cakes; some call them Meltaways. My mother-in-law gave me this recipe and she called them Russian Tea Cakes. Regardless, these are delightful balls of buttery shortbread and chopped pecans. You can't eat just one.
