Because I don't use preservatives in my cookies, they are best eaten within a few days of baking. Ask me about those that have a longer shelf life.

Whoop-whoop-whoopie!

The first time I had a whoopie pie was when I was in sixth grade.  My best friend's mom made a batch when I was at their house for a sleepover.  It was soft, chocolate-y, and delightful!  Like a cake-like oreo cookie.  She gave me the recipe and I've been making them ever since.  If you haven't had one before, you should try one.  You'll want another.
