Because I don't use preservatives in my cookies, they are best eaten within a few days of baking. Ask me about those that have a longer shelf life.

A Sticky Treat

I got this gorgeous plate from my hairdresser.  It was the perfect way to display my Sticky Toffee Pudding cookies.  Soft cake-like cookies made from Medjool dates and drizzled with caramel.  A delectable spin on a classic dessert.
